Restored watermill with four apartments and swimming pool

This special object, a historic water mill, is located in a valley near the hamlet of Caudino, municipality of Arcevia, and is surrounded by unspoilt nature. The estate consists of the restored water mill, the miller's house and several outbuildings. The attraction of the object lies in the combination of the preservation of authentic materials and a modern and luxurious design that is characterized by a very good taste. Sustainability is of paramount importance and in addition to the solar panels for heating the water, there is also an installation for generating electricity. The heating system is an ingenious combination of wood, gas, pellet and solar energy.
Floorplan
The watermill is divided into three very spacious and luxurious apartments, each with its own style and preserving the original features. The adjacent restored miller's house houses a beautifully furnished two-storey house (with a wood-burning stove in addition to the central heating system). all apartments have their own terrace with garden furniture so that privacy is guaranteed. On the ground floor we find four large rooms, one of which is furnished as a professional kitchen so that giving cooking workshops is also possible. There is also a restored stable opposite the watermill which is currently in use as storage but which could be made suitable for habitation.
A little further on in the forest and on the stream we find the ruins of the small mill. This mill can also be converted into a charming country house.
The surrounding plot, consisting of forest and grassland, has been deliberately left lush, here we find the beautiful natural pool where plants filter the water.
Possibilities
The property is currently in use as a very successful tourist destination in the higher price segment. The high season is almost fully booked for the coming year. In the other seasons, the culinary specialties of the region offer sufficient starting points for organizing theme weeks so that the occupation is good during that period as well. The location is also very suitable for holding training sessions and other business destinations.
