Agriturismo Terre del Montefeltro

The Agriturismo consists of three parts: the first part, built in nature and brick, again consists of three independent apartments, one of which has several bedrooms. All three apartments are perfectly finished and very stylishly furnished. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The two-room apartment is located on the first floor. The second part of the Agriturismo is the church that no longer serves as such. However, it is a perfect place for holding all kinds of events such as concerts and lectures. The third part is a very large house consisting of three floors. On the ground floor we find a multifunctional room where guests can cook and eat. This room has a beautiful fireplace. On the first floor we find the kitchen, a passage to the church, a study and a very spacious living room with a spectacular fireplace that connects the sitting and dining areas of the room. We also find a spacious bathroom on this floor and a staircase that leads down to a fourth, smaller apartment that is also accessible from the outside. The original staircase leads to the second floor where there are a further five rooms which are still in shell condition. Here are also the connections for two bathrooms. On the property we find an above-ground swimming pool and a large warehouse for all agricultural equipment.
