General
Podere Acqua Salata, or the estate of the salty water, owes its name to the thermal spring that is located on the site. To what extent the spring water is really beneficial, that doesn't tell the story. What we know is that this building can rightly be called an estate. With nine hectare of land, the largest part of which is sowing, we really have an object of format. The house is slightly higher and hence the light-growing ground extends, as far as the eye reaches. The red frames and doors give the house a certain charm that affects a bit onitalian but is very attractive. . The grounds are limited on one side by the Cinisco River, a side branch of the Cesano. The location is quiet but not insulated and easily accessible. Both Frontone and Pergola are approximately 5 km away.
Floorplan
The house has a huge surface with different entrances and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find several spaces, including two kitchens and two bathrooms, which can easily be divided into two independent accommodation units. The real Eye Catcher is the hall on the ground floor with round arches and monumental fireplace. On the first floor we find no fewer than eight bedrooms, two bathrooms and a roof terrace with beautiful views over their own estate and the Apennines. In addition, there is an annex to rebuilt and a well.
